Consent to the provision of personal data

By registering to participate in the INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF PHARMACEUTICAL INSPECTORATES, which will be held on November 25, 2024 in the UAE, Dubai, Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"),
I give my consent to the Limited liability Company "S. GROUP Corporate Communications", a legal entity established and operating under the legislation of the Russian Federation (Taxpayer's Identification Number (INN) 7 706 812 134, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1 147 746 828 085) ("we", "us" or "our") for automated (with the help of computer technologies) and non-automated (without the use of computer technologies) processing of personal data provided by me, including the following data:
● basic information about me — full name, gender, place of work and job position, country, city, web site of organization;
● contact information — phone number, e-mail address;
to ensure my participation (both in person and online) in the Event, including for creating and printing badges, issuing passes and performing other similar actions necessary for the proper conduct of the Event, as well as notifying me and providing me with the necessary information within the framework of the Event, with the following actions allowed with the provided personal data: collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction, depersonalization, transfer (provision, access).
This consent is valid from the date of my registration until the expiration of 5 (five) years after the end of the Event. I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time by means of a corresponding written statement addressed to Limited liability Company "S. GROUP Corporate Communications" and sent to the e-mail address: conference@sgr.com.ru
